Infrastructure Events and alarms monitoring with 1st level support for handling incidents and low-complexity requests.

OPERATIONAL SYSTEM

Management and administration of servers and multiplatform computational services in physical or virtual machines, clusters, updating patches and software, equipment configurations backup, writing scripts, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting critical events with manufacturers and environment monthly reporting .

NETWORK

Network management and support in the data center managing the configuration of routers and switches at the L2/L3 layer according to rules defined in Engineering. IP management, SAN switches configuration, creation of scripts for activation, deactivation or equipment migration. Expertise in critical incidents forwarded by the 1st level, software updates and necessary configurations for the best performance of the environment.

STORAGE

Management and support of multivendor storage such as NetApp, Fujitsu, HPE, DellEMC, IBM and others, using certified professionals to guarantee the integrity of data and business applications.

DATABASE

Management and support of databases with user administration services, preparation and application of backup policies, restore and logical access to data, creation of replicated environment, management of tablespaces, views, temporary tables and other database structures, support for the development area, use of the best tools on the market to manage environments with multi-instances, creation of scripts for activating, deactivating or migrating databases. Expertise in critical incidents forwarded by the 1st level, software updates and database tuning to improve application performance.

MIDDLEWARE

Management and support of middleware equipment infrastructure to maintain the availability of server components such as messaging and APIs used in the integration of different existing applications.

BACKUP

Backup policy management and operation using local or cloud tools to save existing configuration and information from different business applications.

DATA CENTER CABLING

Preliminary inspection to determine the necessary infrastructure, position in the racks, capacity of the power board and fiber cabling routing. Preparation of Provisional Implementation Plan (PPI) with photographic report and list of materials needed for the project. Execution of cabling services and delivery of the Definitive Implementation Plan (PDI).

BREAK & FIX

Support and maintenance of equipment without warranty, covering all main manufacturers, with replacement of components located in local and satellite distribution centers spread on major Brazilian capitals, serving mission critical environments.

TELEPHONY

Administration of the infrastructure and the local or cloud telephony platform with services for creating, changing or deleting extensions, managing user groups, equipment configurations backup, critical problems troubleshooting and updating the manufacturer’s software.

TIME AND MATERIALS CONTRACTS

Skilled IT labor offered on a T&M contract to meet the requested requirements.
